David Evette, President
With nearly two decades of experience in the payroll and the professional employment organizational field, David leads the company, including management of the daily operations of Quality Business Solutions and is the driving force behind our customer-focused commitment. He was project leader during our software implementation of HRPyramid and is a system super user and trainer. David is very actively involved in the local Chamber of Commerce and volunteers his time in support of educational programs in the community.
Jenny Smith, Controller
Jenny has 15 years of experience in managed payroll operations, finance, accounting, systems implementation, banking, licensing and compliance. Prior to working at QBS, Jenny worked her way from accounting intern to Vice President of Finance and Accounting with another PEO. In her current role, she oversees accounting and finance functions, as well as assists with operations, risk management, compliance and licensing for QBS. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys cooking, travel and spending time with friends and family.
Morgan Willingham, Operations Manager/ I.T. Director
Morgan has over 15 years of experience in Payroll Administration with 10 years of experience in the PEO environment. She manages all day-to-day operational functions of the business that relate to QBS clients and best business practices, along with overseeing all aspects of Information Technology for internal staff, clients and field employees for QBS. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys sport rifle/handgun shooting, crafting, cooking and enjoying time outdoors with her husband, their three beautiful children and their three amazing fur babies.
Barbara Martin, Tax Manager
Barbara has over 30 years of experience in both corporate and agency management—26 of which were spent in the telecommunications industry. She has been with QBS since 2008, where she oversees the day-to-day management of the office, as well as managing the tax department. When she's not working, she enjoys reading, exercise and spending time with her grandchildren.
Angelia Simpson, HR Manager
With 25+ years of experience in management, payroll, benefits administration, human resources, leadership development, hiring and recruiting, Angelia is a true asset to QBS as the HR Manager. Prior to QBS, Angelia worked as VP of Human Resources for a community bank headquartered in the upstate of SC. She has also worked in the manufacturing, hospitality and insurance industries. In her current role, she oversees the client HR relationship – assisting them in navigating the ever-changing world of HR so they can focus on growing their business. Angelia currently serves on the SC SHRM State Council and is very active with SHRM at the local, state and national level.
