How long have you worked at QBS and what is your role?
I have been working at QBS for an little over two months. As the administrative support clerk, I help to transfer calls and work with the operations support administrator to assist clients during the New Hire process. I also address various office needs including receiving and sending out mail.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
What I enjoy most is how amazing the people you I work with are at QBS. They are always open to helping whenever and wherever it’s needed.
What is one of the biggest challenges you face in your role?
Because I am usually the first person to answer the phone when people call the office, I oftentimes have to work with someone who is frustrated or needs help with an immediate concern. Luckily, I am able to connect them with the right person and we are able to meet their needs – making them happy in the end.
QBS was chosen as one of SC’s Best Places to Work in 2018. What do you believe sets it apart?
The amazing staff as well as the gorgeous location sets QBS apart from the rest. Being able to go outside for lunch and have an amazing view of the mountains makes it so worth it!
What’s one interesting fact about you that we may not know?
I am obsessed with crocheting and making things. So I have made washcloths and towels to blankets and scarf. The possibilities are endless to what you can make!!
Anything else you’d like to share? (Family, Hobbies, etc.?)
I love to travel and enjoy the spur of the moment trips. I would love to visit all of the USA.
