Meet Barbara Martin – Office Manager

How long have you worked at QBS and what is your role? 

I’ve worked at Quality Business Solutions for 7 years. As the Office Manager, I am responsible to oversee the daily needs of the organization and the employees.

What is your favorite part of your job?

There are many parts of my job that I enjoy – but most of all, I like that my role provides me with the opportunity to learn new things.

You’ve been at QBS for many years. What insights can you give us into how things look today vs. earlier on? Any specific stories/memories?

When I joined QBS it was a small business and over the years I have seen it grow into the successful company that it is today. I remember when Friday afternoons were quiet and we had time to reflect on the week, at the time I didn’t realize how much of a luxury that was.
