Meet Bob Gajoch – Benefits Liaison/Manager

How long have you worked at QBS and what is your role?  I have worked at QBS since 2009. As the Benefits Liaison/Manager, I work with our different benefits providers to negotiate the best possible benefit options and offerings for our clients and their employees.

What’s your favorite part of your job? I enjoy the problem solving and negotiations with our carriers.

What is one of the biggest challenges you face as the Benefits Liaison/Manager? The cost factors . We sometime receive renewal increases from our carriers that exceed market averages. I try to understand what is driving the increase to be able to explain the reasoning to our clients and then find different options for them to consider.

You’ve worked at QBS for quite some time. What do you think is the secret to it’s continued growth and success? Customer Service is the key to maintaining and growing our business.

What’s one interesting fact about you that we may not know? I have worked in the healthcare industry for many years and understand the marketplace from many perspectives.
