How long have you worked at QBS and what is your role?
I began working at QBS the day before my college graduation on December 14 of last year (2016). I help with all technical difficulties, which involves PCs, servers, printers, etc. I help our clients with set up and troubleshooting technical issues. As a member of the I.T. team, I do my best to help our office and clients navigate the technical side of our services.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of the job is most definitely helping others. Whether helping a client or co-workers, I enjoy teaching others how to make a program work for them.
What is one of the biggest challenges you face in your role?
The biggest challenge in my role is keeping up with new technology. New technology is always coming out and I have to make sure I stay on top of it!
What do you think is the biggest advantage QBS has over its competitors?
QBS has an advantage over its competitors with our customer service. We go the extra mile to help with any and every technical issue. The organization of the chain of command here at QBS makes it easy for employees to get needed assistance.
What’s one interesting fact about you that we may not know?
One interesting fact about me is I have a heart for missions and have traveled to Ecuador twice.
Anything else you’d like to share? (Family, Hobbies, etc.?)
I enjoy playing and watching sports a great deal. I am an avid University of South Carolina fan. I also enjoy working out and spending time outdoors.
