How long have you worked at QBS and what is your role? I have been at QBS for 6 months, now. I began as a Client Relations Support Administrator, assisting clients with any questions or problems they had with logging in to their online profile. I just recently began my current role as Quality Assurance Analyst. In this position I will test various systems and processes to make sure that our clients have the best experience possible using our services.
What’s your favorite part of your job? I love the family atmosphere! The people here at QBS are not just coworkers, but friends – that makes coming in to work enjoyable and fun!
What is one of the biggest challenges you face in your role? Right now, the biggest challenge is learning all the different aspects of my new role. It requires a lot of attention to detail – but, I love a good challenge!
QBS has experienced year-over-year growth, what do you think makes it special? The great team we have. Everyone works hard and is dedicated to the success of our company and clients.
What’s one interesting fact about you that we may not know? I am bilingual! It has taken years of hard work to completely learn Spanish, but I absolutely love it. Now, I just need to decide which language I want to conquer next!
Anything else you’d like to share? (Family, Hobbies, etc.?) I have a wonderful husband, Jose and a baby boy, Caleb, who is growing much too quickly! Jose and I love serving in our church as both music and youth leaders.
