Become a Better Leader Overnight. Hire a PEO.

We hope you’ve enjoyed the series of blogs we’ve written inspired, in part, by the recent Inc. Magazine feature article on Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs).

In our two earlier posts, we shared how PEOs provide access to better benefits, boost growth, increase employee retention, and help to take the mystery out of the ever-changing regulatory landscape that comes with running a business. In this final post, we’re taking it a step further and looking closer at the impacts on you as a leader.

I don’t think I’ve met one successful business owner or leader that hasn’t wished for more hours in the day. But, as much as we’d love to have that little bit of extra time to spend working, relaxing, working out, meditating or with family, you can only fit so much into a 24-hr period.

In both of our earlier posts, we pointed out how hiring a PEO can give you more time to invest back into your company. Instead of processing payroll, why not take that time to check-in with your team? Instead of going to the bank to pay your FICA payment each month, why not spend some time researching the competition? Instead of combing through the latest updates to ACA, why don’t you spend time training your employees on the new products you’re hoping to sell? And the list goes on and on.

By hiring, or better yet, by PARTNERING with a PEO, you can remove the burden of administrative tasks and the headache of back-office work. A PEO can take care of all of your payroll, benefits, and HR needs, leaving you with much more time to focus on what is really important to you – nurturing and growing your business. What you do with that time is up to you. But we believe that the ability to focus more on your business and your employees with empower you to be more present in your business and intentional in your interactions with your team.

So – take the time to strategize, work closer with your employees, and see their ideas to help you better your business.

Working with a PEO is a win-win situation for everyone involved – less headache, better benefits, happier employees, and a more fulfilled business owner.
