How long have you worked at QBS and what is your role (please give a brief description of what you do in your role)?
I came to work at QBS on Aug. 23, 2019 as an Executive Administrative Assistant. I provide clerical support to our President, David Evette, and perform various office duties. I work with the internal team to assist on various company events and also spend a good amount of my time supporting our sales team through report generation, data entry, and helping them stay on track with different tasks related to identifying and bringing on new prospects.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
I enjoy being part of company that provides quality services to our clients and personalized services based on the needs of each individual client. I have a great boss and team of co-workers that make my job enjoyable.
What is one of the biggest challenges you face in your role?
At QBS, we work with many different types of clients from all over the country. This means staying on top of paperwork — making sure the proper paperwork and forms from our sales team for new prospects and client are in, and ready, to meet deadlines in a timely manner — can sometimes be a challenge.
What makes QBS different from other places you’ve worked?
At QBS I have a great support team. My co-workers make my job easier.
What’s one interesting fact about you that we may not know?
I am actually a cosmetologist by trade and a skin care consultant with Aloette Cosmetics. I also work with our student ministry at my church.
Anything else you’d like to share? (Family, Hobbies, etc.?)
My husband, Keith and I have been married for 38 years, I have been blessed to be the mother of 5 beautiful children — BJ, Taylor, Hunter, Dylan and Kaelyn. I absolutely love spending time with my family. We enjoy, football, baseball, tennis and golf. We love going to the beach, the lake and Las Vegas! We love our Clemson Tigers!
