How long have you worked at QBS and what is your role? I have worked at QBS for 2 years now, and I work as a payroll administrator. Overall, I am responsible for processing client payrolls and maintaining client accounts and relationships.
What’s your favorite part of your job? I love my co-workers! We celebrate birthdays monthly, have food days, and always laugh with each other. We are a tight knit family around here.
What is one of the biggest challenges you face in your role? Laws, policies, and regulations change often in the payroll business. It is challenging to ensure all of these things stay up-to-date for all of my clients.
Are there any unique aspects about working at QBS? Our office used to be a barn for the horses. I started at QBS during the full remodel. The views from our office are gorgeous. When the weather is nice, we like to eat lunch outside and enjoy the beauty of where we work!
What’s one interesting fact about you that we may not know? I am a singer, but don’t put me on the spot 🙂
Anything else you’d like to share? (Family, Hobbies, etc.?) My husband Perry and I are both really into music. He’s the best guitar player I know! We enjoy hanging out with our friends on the weekends – listening to and playing music.
