How long have you worked at QBS and what is your role?
I started with the company in December 2020 as Product Support Administrator and in August was promoted to Platform Integration Specialist. My new role involves developing, creating and modify specific integrations with Vendors and partners. These integrations with our partners provide immediate help, solving business needs for our clients.
What’s your favorite part of your job?
I enjoy researching, problem solving and creating best practices for clients.
What is one of the biggest challenges you face in your role?
One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced so far is that no day is the same, which I absolutely love. I learned early on in life that change is inevitable, so the faster you embrace it and adjust, the easier things will be. I’ve learned to view challenges as puzzle pieces that must fit properly to create the whole picture.
What makes QBS different/unique from other places you’ve worked?
Working at QBS is like working with family. We have a great sense of coming together, enhancing each others strengths, and helping each other be successful.
What would you be doing for a career if you weren’t doing this?
I really enjoy researching, troubleshooting, developing best practices, and providing resolutions. I cannot imagine doing anything else.
What’s one interesting fact about you that we may not know?
I lived in Germany and have travelled abroad all my life.

I love to travel and I’m a bit of a foodie.
