Beginning this month, we want to start introducing you to some of our valued team members! Each month we will ask them a few questions to learn more about what they do for QBS and outside of work. Enjoy!
How long have you worked at QBS and what is your role?
I’ve been here since 2006 – 9 years. I’m the Operations Manager and I.T. Director for QBS. I am responsible for day to day client implementation/onboarding as well as actively managing and maintaining our in-house I.T. Department. I work closely with the entire QBS team to ensure the best care and quality for our clients.
What is your favorite part of your job?
I love working with the clients at QBS. It’s really wonderful to be able to see first hand how our services allow their businesses to grow and see continued success.
Have you been surprised at the organization’s growth over the past few years?
I don’t feel particularly surprised, but I am very thankful! We’ve grown by word of mouth so our continued success has been a direct result of the success of our clients.
What’s one interesting fact about you that we may not know?
I love to shoot rifles, handguns and shotguns. My dad got me into it when I was fairly young and I’ve grown to really enjoy it – it’s a great stress reliever!
Anything else you’d like to share?
I am married to an amazing man, Chase Willingham, and we have two beautiful children – Ari Kate and Memphis. We were blessed to adopt them two years ago and they are the light of our lives. We enjoy seeing them grow and continue to develop into wonderful people. We also have two fur babies – Roxy (a German Shephard) and Allie (a tiny toy poodle).
