President

As president, David sets the overall vision for the company and leads the day-to-day operations of the firm. His duties include spearheading business development efforts and internal human resources, as well as playing a critical role in strategic partnerships, client onboarding, and maintaining high levels of customer service. In addition to bringing more than 25 years of significant payroll, tax, benefits, compliance, and insurance expertise, he also has an affinity for identifying and implementing advanced technology solutions to drive efficiencies and improve business outcomes for both QBS and its clients.

David is actively involved in the local Chamber of Commerce, is an alumni of St. Francis Forum, and volunteers his time in support of educational programs in the community. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, racing, and supporting his wife Pamela in her role as Lt. Governor of South Carolina.

Senior Vice President of System Operations

Morgan has over 18 years of experience in the payroll industry with 14 years in the PEO space. She manages the day-to-day operations at QBS as well as manages Vensure’s Technology Conversion team, Product Support team, System Experts and Integrations team.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves being outside with her four children and her German Shepard Molly.

Manager of Payroll Tax Operations

Tara started working for an enrolled agent at the age of 16 and has over 25 years of progressive payroll and tax experience. Tara has worked 4 years in a PEO environment and 14 years in Staffing and ASO platforms. She manages the day-to day tax operations at QBS and is a part of the Vensure tax operations team.

When Tara is not working she loves spending time at the lake with her husband, exploring outdoors, and outdoor music festivals. Tara volunteers at Haygood Historical Mill. She has two married children, one granddaughter, a miniature chihuahua and a cat.
